ONE WEDDING AT A TIME...
We only film ONE wedding at a time! You will never have to worry about us being in a hurry to get somewhere else to film. When you schedule and pay a deposit our only focus becomes making your wedding an incredible experience that will be remembered for a lifetime!

Pre-Ceremony:
This option allows for special filming of the Bride and or Groom preparing for their important day. This behind-the-scenes look is filmed in a documentary style to give the feeling of the moment. Up to 45 minutes of time is allotted for this option.

Ceremony:
The camera operators arrive at the Ceremony location an hour before the ceremony is scheduled to begin. All necessary equipment is set-up and filming of the guests arriving is done. Wide panning shots are done to show the location and decor. While filming, movement on our part will be as minimal as possible so as not to disturb the ceremony. We work to be as “out of sight” as possible. The entire ceremony is filmed from guests arriving to the Newly Wed send off.

Rehearsal:
Filming of the rehearsal allows the use of a “before and after” style edit for your wedding video. We film the set-up of decorations and give an overview of the location for that “behind the scenes” look that most people don’t see. This also gives us the opportunity to check the lighting and sound and set our equipment accordingly. We film the rehearsal in an active documentary style with lots of movement and camera placement. This gives the rehearsal the look of action and work. This style of filming is possible since there is no ceremony to disturb. This footage is then edited and added to the rest of the filming to show the transformation to the wedding day. Rehearsal filming time is 3 hours. Additional time may be purchased at $50 per additional hour. Also, any special requests or pre-ceremony filming may be done at this time.

Reception:
The reception is where everyone has a good time, toasting, bouquet and garter toss and sometimes people trying to dance! We film this event in a high movement documentary style so as to show as many people in attendance as possible. This footage (up to 3 hours) is edited down like a highlight reel to give an overall impression of the event without being too long. Additional time is available at $50 each extra hour.

Interviews:
This option typically has the wedding party and family members say a special word to, or about the Bride and Groom.

Highlights:
This is a uniquely edited version of you entire wedding from rehearsal(if applicable) to your reception. We take all the footage and edit and compress it down to 10 to 15 minutes of film showing an overview of the entire event. This is great for showing friends and family who may have been unable to attend your wedding or for a quick look back at your special day together!

Personal Montage:
Give us your special pictures from childhood to the present and we will produce a “photo history” of your lives growing together.

Extra Location:
Have us film a special location for you. The place you met, a romantic stroll in the park or any other place that has special meaning attached to it!

Second Camera:
The use of a second camera gives us the ability to use creative angles and editing that allows for a well rounded sense of the days events.

Photo Montage:
When you receive your wedding photos we will set them to music and produce a presentation to commemorate your wedding day.

Wedding Intro:
This is the opening sequence of the film featuring a photo of the couple with their names and date of the wedding, this then fades to the wedding footage.

Authored DVD:
An authored DVD is much like a DVD you would rent or buy from the store. A customized menu shows scene selections so you are able to jump to different parts of you wedding quickly and easily. Any special options you may have chosen are also included on this menu screen.

Non-Authored DVD:
A non-authored DVD simply plays from start to finish with no menu or scene selection options, a basic DVD.

The equipment we use:
At the core of our equipment is our primary camera, the Canon GL2. This professional 3 CCD mini digital video camera is used on television and in Hollywood movies. It’s small size and vast controls make the GL2 one of the most versatile Mini DV cameras in the world! Utilizing its ability to shoot 35 frames per second you can count on a smooth and clear image of you ceremony.

To take care of your sound we use a 900MHz wireless microphone system that is usually worn by the groom. This system sends audio up to 150 feet away to the primary camera so those all-important vows come through on your finished video!

Number of Cameras:
We always use at least one 3 CCD camera. Most people prefer using two or three, one or two manned cameras and one unmanned. By using two or three cameras we are able to edit footage from several different angles to give a well-rounded and exciting look at your special day.

Length of the film:
The length of your wedding film will be from one hour to two hours depending on options you have chosen and the length of the ceremony itself. We always edit to keep a good pace to the event without omitting anything important from your big event.

When will your film be done?
Normally, your film will be done in eight to twelve week’s time. If we feel that this time frame can not be met we will notify the couple ahead of time with a different timeframe.

Contract?
We do have the couple sign a contract. This simply helps us know what you expect of us so that we can fulfill your wedding needs. It will also help you to look over all your options to make sure everything you want is taken care of.
